RULES:

Steps = All daily steps, steps do not need go be rounded up. Its 1 point per 1000 steps, should you do 1501 steps but the next day do 1499 as an example the 501 and 499 will automatically sync to give your point.

Daily steps can only be backdated a max of 1 day, NO EXCEPTIONS

Online bootcamp = Zoom sessions only (morning & evening) as we cannot audit FB Lives at present (soon to change)

Online workouts = Pre recorded workouts on the GK Fitness website - Name of workout will be required to submit.

- Only 1 step entry per day. (may backdate 1 day only)

- Steps from the team challenge will automatically sync to the individual leaderboard, there is no need to input twice.

- Only 1 Online (pre recorded workout) will count towards points per day, you cannot backdate 

- Ensure your name in your profile (top left of profile) is the name you want to show on the leaderboard.

POINT MAKE PRIZES. PRIZES MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY. KEEP IT COMPETITIVE BUT FRIENDLY. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. USE THIS TO BETTER YOURSELF BUT ALSO ENCOURAGE OTHERS. TOGETHER AS A TEAM WE ACHIEVE A LOT MORE.

1st place = 3 entries to the roulette to win

2nd & 3rd Place = 2 entries to the roulette to win

4th - 10th place = 1 entry to the roulette to win

Prize will be drawn at the end of Lockdown.
